Water Softening Plants

Demineralization (DM) Plants are designed to produce mineral-free, deionized water by removing all dissolved salts and ions from raw water using a two-stage ion exchange process. These plants typically use cation and anion exchange resins, arranged in separate columns or mixed bed configurations.

The cation resin removes positively charged ions like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and iron.
